Changes in name or address: Changes in name or address or additional new information can be made to your voter registration by choosing one of the following:

Fee Schedule We encourage you to purchase voter lists and labels directly from the County Clerk's office. You will be assured of receiving the most current, and up to date information. Lists may be obtained on hard copy or on disk. The following is the fee schedule for voter registration information requested by the public: Mailing Labels $.05 per name and $25.00 set-up fee. $.01 per name and $25.00 set-up fee and customer provides labels. Voter Lists $.01 per name or $25.00 minimum for non-profit agencies and persons. $.01 per name for commercial use and all others plus $25.00 set-up fee. Mail-in Ballot Request Application Colorado - Combination Voter Registration & Mail-In Ballot Request Application The last day to vote early is the Friday immediately preceding the election. The last day to apply for an Absentee ballot to be mailed is the Tuesday immediately preceding the election.
